Casa LeeLoo is a beachfront villa at Playa Coson inside Los Nomadas gated community. A spacious 5 bedroom villa for 12 guests.

3 bedrooms have king beds, and 1 bedrooms with 2 twins and 1 bedroom with 4 twins. So for 12 guests a perfect beachfront accommodation.

Of course daily maid for cleaning.. She comes in the mornings. If you like she can assist in helping with the breakfast. You need to pay of course for your groceries. She cleans the home and then she is done for the day.

AIRBNB and VRBO: you can book directly via this website or also via VRBO and AIRBNB. Prices in VRBO and AIRBNB will be higher.

Der Raum

All bedrooms have each AC, fans, bathroom. There is a separate tv room. Electricity of the villa is NOT included.

IMPORTANT: as of now the villa has a full generator, in case of electricity blackouts. So 24/7 electricity, also for the AC’s.

1. Electricity is NOT included in the price. Is calculated on kwh use.
2. This villa is next to other rental villas. We can not be responsible for the noise neighbors make.
3. Music level daytime normal (not allowed to bother the surrounding area and neighbors).
4. music level after 10 pm LOW LOW level
5. Music after 11pm. NO MUSIC AT ALL.
6. no parties whatsoever allowed without upfront permission.

Not responding on the music levels can result in city fines and eviction from the property without refunds.
