• Location at Playa Coson inside Los Nomadas beachfront community
• 4 bedroom villa for 10 guests (best is 8 adults + 2 kids) with pool inside gated community beachfront community Los Nomadas. Only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach.
• There are 4 bedrooms and an open loft. The loft is in the living room. Open loft has NO AC and 1 queen matrass. 1 bedroom with king size bed, 3 bedrooms with a queen bed, the open loft with queen bed.
  
• Electricity from villa NOT included. To be paid by use. Average of 8 USD a night but depends on use.
  
• Maid every day. Prepares breakfast. groceries not included. She can prepare dinner at 3000 pesos/dinner.

The maximum allowed in Casa Lima is 10 guests. Children are ALSO guests. Babies till 1 year do not count.

Music: not allowed to bring extra speakers. Daytime low music level. After 11pm NO MUSIC ALLOWED. Parties NOT allowed.

Parking on the street NOT allowed. Only on the property. There is space for 4 cars.

NO guests other than the ones on your reservation are allowed.
Electricity use is 15 pesos (DOP) per used kwh.
