parking lot can receive a maximum of 4 cars. It not authorized to park your car on the street.
The rental price villa includes a cook service. Groceries of course have to be paid. There is a golf cart waiting for you to go to the beach.
electricity is included, except the electricity from the AC’s. This will be charged at 50 dollarcents a kwh. There is a separate meter installed to control this.consumption
