A 4 bedroom modern style beachfront villa on a quiet and secure location, directly on the beautiful beach of Portillo. The villa is located inside the gated community Esperanza Residence.

A beautiful lap pool next to a very spacious covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. Also bbq on gas here. The beach in front is beautiful and perfect for swimming and walking along the beach. You can even walk to Las Terrenas if you like.

Esperanza Residence is a luxury beachfront community, just 8 minutes outside Las Terrenas.

The villa has 4 bedrooms (max. 9 guests):

  • masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom, AC and kingsize bed (kids twin bed also in this room)
  • gardenview suite with bathroom, AC and queensize bed
  • 2 poolview bedrooms with AC and shared bathroom

Parking available for several cars.

Details:

  • daily maid from 8am – 4pm, also sundays

Pricing start at 1100 USD, electricity included. You will deal directly with the owner.

Special rules of the community: it is not allowed to come in with atv’s, buggies or quads.
