Rent comes with a staff of 2 for maintenance, cleaning, and preparing breakfast (groceries not included). Staff lives next door above the garage.
If electricity goes out there is a generator that feeds the entire house minus the AC system. All bedrooms have fans that are working in case electricity goes out.

Weddings and Events in Casa Poupone are possible but with other regulations and other prices. For weddings and events, the minimum rental is 1 week.

Till 50 guests 4,000 USD extra above the basic price
Till 100 guests 10,000 USD extra above the basic price
Till 150 guests 14,000 USD extra above the basic price
Over 200 guests 17,000 USD extra above the basic price
Security Deposit for events (will be returned within 1 week after the end of the event):
Till 100 guests 5,000 USD
