A 2 bedroom apartment for 6 to 8 guests in a quiet and relaxed area inside Colina al Mar Residences, close to Coson beach. Around 7-8 minutes walk to Playa Coson beach. The spacious terrace gives you a very nice view over the coconuts and green zones.Very spacious apartment. spacious bedrooms with each a bathroom, spacious salon and kitchen and very spacious terrace.

This is not an apartment for party people. This is a relaxed and quiet area.SLEEPS IN BEDROOMS (with AC):

The space

You will have the entire accommodation (210 square meters with terrace on groundlevel) which can accommodate, up to 8 adults. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large open kitchen (with microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee maker), large living room, terrace. TV in salon. The large salon has 2 very comfortable queen size sofa beds. and ac in salon.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioners. The terraces are equipped with ceiling fans. 1 assigned parking steps away. New washer and dryer inside the unit.
