Listing Description

Villa Del Mar is one of the largest private beachfront villas in the DR, offering:

13 en-suite guest rooms and one Master Suite for a total capacity of 28 guests. Every room is air-conditioned and has access to WiFi.
Your own private chef comes with the house for the duration of your stay. Catering can also be booked for larger events or weddings.
A large infinity pool sits looking over the beachfront and palm trees. Enjoy lounging at the pool bar or soaking in the vibe in the six-person jacuzzi.
A van and driver are included with the Villa to take you to any local activities you wish to visit during your stay.

Chef & Sous Chef, Bartender, 3 cleaning Ladies, Transport Van with driver for in town transfers
Not included & Extras:
$2000 security deposit upon arrival

Laundry Service (Wash, Dry, Fold) $10 per load
Events:
Event fee $2000 for events over 30 people

House staff not included for events over 28 people, if you wish to hire them as extras 75$ extra for cleaning Ladies & bartender. Sous Chef and Chef $100 per day.
House chef is available for events, over 28 people it is considered catering, prices and menu can be discussed directly with our chef.
Music needs to be down to respectable level by 10:30pm and off by 11pm
